Our Rates

Ranch House Rates per night 5 bedrooms and 3 baths:

Up to 20 people = $250.00 a night : 2 night stay is the required minimum.

Over 20 people = $5.00 per person a night.

A one- time cleaning fee of $75.00 will be required.

Ranch House and barn Rates per night include 8 bedrooms and 5 baths and the multi-purpose room.

Up to 30 people = $375 a night: 2 night stay es the required minimum.

Over 30 people = $5.00 per person a night.

A on time cleaning fee of $110.00 will be required.

$100.00 is required to book a reservation; the remainder of the rent is due thirty days prior to arrival date.

Sales tax is 6% and lodging tax of 2% = 8% tax will be added.
